I would describe my teaching style as coaching and facilitator. I try to ask the right questions and help students find the right answers with the help of demonstration and activities. Each class is different. As a teacher, I always try to clearly define the goals taking into account my students’ needs and expectations. Then, I come up with a well-organized plan considering what my students want to achieve. I know students benefit from an active learning experience and can create relevant connections between content knowledge and skills and application in the real world. So, I carefully follow each student’s progress in order to ensure they achieve their goals successfully. My classes are designed in order to develop all the skills (speaking, writing, reading and listening). I put a lot of emphasis on speaking skills, though.
